Roll To Roll Printing Machine

The automatic roll-to-roll and bag-to-bag flexo graphic printing and cutting machine has an overall size of approximately 6 5.5 5 feet with a net weight of around 1200 kg and a heavy-gauge fabricated, vibration-free body, designed for single-operator use. It features an unwinding unit capable of handling fabric rolls up to 1200 mm diameter and 700 kg weight, with unwinding widths from 12 to 42 inches, cutting lengths from 17 to 55 inches, and cutting accuracy of 1 mm, delivering a production capacity of about 3035 bags per minute. The unwinding system is powered by a 1 HP, 3-phase motor with dancing roller tension control, while cutting length feeding is driven by a 1.5 kW Siemens 3-phase motor. The cutting unit supports regular and zigzag heat cutting as well as cold cutting with a rod-less cylinder, and includes a color mark detector for accurate cutting of printed laminated fabric, along with an electronic web-guide system. The machine operates on a fully automatic Delta control system with Delta PLC-HMI, has a rated power capacity of 10 HP with actual power consumption of about 6 HP, requires pneumatic consumption of approximately 8 kg, and needs an external air compressor supply of 10 CFM on the customer side.
